It is offered as a Telecom Value-Added Service (VAS) and is billed through Direct Carrier Billing (DCB), meaning charges appear on your mobile bill or are deducted from your prepaid balance.

How Do I Subscribe?

You can subscribe by:

  2. Clicking "Subscribe" and confirming your mobile number.
  3. Completing the DCB flow (via OTP or click confirmation).
  4. Once confirmed, you'll get instant access to all games!

How Much Does It Cost?

The Playlabs subscription costs $2 per week. This charge will appear directly on your mobile bill or be deducted from your pay-as-you-go balance.

Data charges from your mobile operator may also apply.

How Do I Unsubscribe?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

Once you unsubscribe, you will not be charged in the next billing cycle.

Can I Get a Refund?

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 30 days of the charge. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

I Didn't Subscribe – Why Was I Charged?

Sometimes, someone with access to your phone may have subscribed without your knowledge. Please contact us immediately so we can investigate. We recommend setting device-level security to prevent unauthorized purchases.
